Binagadi Executive Power’s head Khaleddin Iskenderov says that the office building built in 1970 has been reconstructed since May 2012.
"The building was created technical possibilities for the application of new management practices, including many of the elements of e-government, including e-office, e-card, operational control center," Iskenderov said.
The building is also equipped with an assembly hall for 264 seats.
President Aliyev also familiarized with the Park of Culture and Rest named after Heydar Aliyev adjacent to the building to the Executive Power. The facility has an area of 4.5 hectares and has been subjected to the reconstruction since last August.
Also, President Aliyev opened a new building of the regional branch of ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), adjacent to the Heydar Aliyev park.
