Addressing the expanded sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers to review socioeconomic development in the first quarter of 2012, the president noted that the relevant instruction was made and the order was signed so that all structures offered electronic services, Gun.Az reported.
"However, I have a reference that some structures and ministries offer electronic services fully and some, partially. And there are some structures that don’t offer electronic services at all. I don’t want to name these structures so far. I give them two weeks. The electronic service should be created in each state structure. My orders are unconditional and must be implemented without delay.
The order is given, and everyone should know that the implementation of the order is supervised, and this supervision is strong."
