“The process of implementation of new e-governance systems and services in the field of social security continues,” Director of the Nork information center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Hayk Chobanyan told a press conference today.
Under the modernization program, a system of exchange of information between 12 large information systems has been implemented, which means that all main information systems have been interconnected.
As a result, the citizen-official contacts have been reduced to a minimum, which, in turn, reduces the corruption risks, Hayk Chobanyan said. He assures that the new systems guarantee the protection of the personal information about citizens.
