Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan has thanked the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and foreign friends for their effective assistance to the Vietnamese Government in implementing its Public Administrative Reform Programme.
The Deputy PM expressed his gratitude at a ceremony to launch the e-Government website in Ha Noi on September 9. The website, available at www.egov.gov.vn, will serve as a forum for discussions and information exchanges between agencies, organisations, individuals and the Government, as well as serve the management activities of authorities at all levels.
Deputy PM Khoan urged ministries and localities to continue completing and developing the Government's e-information systems and make e-information systems standard operations of State administrative agencies, with the aim of creating a professional and modern administration
