“Standardizing of public procurements counteract corruption. When there is a transparent governing we will have nothing to conceal,” Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev said in his address to the National Assembly and Bulgarian citizens, a reporter of FOCUS News Agency announced.
“We need Communication System 2020 in addition to the 2020 National Strategy. We need working institutions, administrative reform. It is important to achieve a significant breakthrough in the e-government in the interest of citizens and business. The effect will be huge. The state will regain the trust of Bulgarians that is works for them, for their interest. There will be predictability and confidence between citizens and a state,” the President said.
