“Through eHealth Room Reservation, St. Luke’s patients will be able to explore their room and price options online and reserve their preferred rooms in advance. This makes the admission process more convenient for our patients,” says Luis P. Sayo, St. Luke’s VP for Information Management.
The service is available for both Quezon City and Global City facilities. All one hasto do is visit the St. Luke’s website, click the Room Reservation link under the eHealth tab and select the preferred hospital site and room. Choices range from the Four-Bed Ward, to a Regular Private, even the Presidential Suite.
To further facilitate the decision-making process, patients can also view each room’s list of amenities and their corresponding prices. A patient information form is then filled out. After completion of the online reservation process, an email acknowledgement will be sent. A confirmation call will also be made by Admissions Department personnel within 24 hours prior to the actual admission date.
“Currently, St. Luke’s online services include eHealth Order and Pay, where patients can order and pay for their selected medical tests and procedures; and eHealthPatient’s Results which helps them track and retrieve their medical test results. The addition of eHealth Room Reservation further adds to the experience of ease of transaction, resulting in greater customer satisfaction,” Sayo adds.
