Transforming Government since 2001
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has called on local government units (LGUs) and government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs) to submit on or before January 20 this year their respective plantilla of personnel to be used for the creation of a comprehensive information database for all civil servants.

The CSC said they are in the process of establishing an e-Government civil servants database of the personal and employment information of all government personnel.

The agency said the database shall be linked with the Department of Budget ad Management's database of positions, plantilla and personal services itemization to form the Government Human Resource Management Information System (GHRMIS).

Currently, the budget department has in its database the personal services itemization plantilla of personnel of all government agencies except LGUs and GOCCs.

The CSC is thus requiring all human resource management officers of LGUs and GOCCs nationwide to update their plantilla of personnel using the required data capture form for the GHRMIS.

They further stressed that these accomplished forms should be submitted to the CSC field office having jurisdiction over the concerned LGUs and GOCCs.
