It is also a new service for customers who seek help via Internet. It is offered in very simple way and is also easy to log on to. It includes lectures, seminars and workshops offered by the programme to the employees in Dubai Government.
The website also includes a detailed explanation on General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and UAE Defence Minister's Award on Arab Management, its targets, categories and previous winners.
