During a meeting, at eGovernment Authority's (eGA) head office, between VIVA Bahrain chief executive Ulaiyan Al Wetaid and eGovernment Authority chief executive Mohammed Al Qaed, both parties discussed the service and ways of upgrading it.
"We firmly believe in leveraging partnerships with the public sector to extend our service and enhance our customer satisfaction," said Mr Al Wetaid, while noting that work was currently underway to list postpaid eService on the portal in the following months.
Those wishing to take advantage of the eService can access 'VIVA Prepaid Line Recharge' service to enter the required data in easy steps; including the type of package (mobile or broadband), the number and amount to be paid.
"We are keen to improve collaboration with the private sector corporations to achieve better results in line with the new eGovernment's national strategy 2016," said Mr Al Qaed.
