The Bahrain Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning has joined forces with the eGovernment Authority (eGA) to launch the ‘View Advertisement Violations’ eService on the eGovernment portal.

“This new eService enables advertisers, who are registered in the advertisement permits system, to view any existing violations; with an option of viewing or printing details,” stated Sawsan Hussain Safar, the ministry’s Information Systems Directorate director.

She also pointed that the eService listed under ‘Issue of Advertisement Permits’ services will help advertisers in checking with various municipalities of any violations related to their advertisements.

“In order to provide users with assistance, the ministry allows individuals and businesses to register a new online account through the eGovernment portal.

Registered advertisement owners can use the new facility to raise requests of new accounts by clicking on the option ‘New user’, then fill in the required details,” she added.
