As the Union budget is to be announced shortly, the National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) has proposed harmonisation of E-governance & IT.
According to Nasscom's suggestion, technology should be integrated with governing processes like cash transfer and subsidies.
"Using technology to streamline GST, enhance service delivery on education, healthcare will help close engagement between government and industry bodies with focus on financial investments and supportive policies to help education, healthcare, and e-governance," Nasscom added.
