The Election Commission is also webcasting live from 93 of the 3,700 sensitive polling booths in Kerala. The live streaming is to help online and remote monitoring by Officials at the District, State and National levels. If you want to see how polling is going on in some of these sensitive booths, check out this link. You can narrow down the booth by selecting the District and the Legislative Assembly Constituency.
About 60,000 polling officials and 80,000 police personnel have been deployed to ensure smooth, free and fair elections. There are 20,758 polling stations in Kerala for 2,29,47,469 crore voters. The counting of votes will be taken up on May 13.
