Transforming Government since 2001
Paying your Little Rock parking ticket and avoiding a late fee just got easier, thanks to a new online service now available at www.lrtickets.org. By logging into the service and entering the ticket number, citizens can pay parking fines and receive payment confirmation instantly. The majority of Little Rock parking tickets carry a $10 fine. If not paid within 21 days, the fine increases to $50. By using the new payment tool, citizens can eliminate mail-related and other delays and avoid the stiff penalties associated with late payments.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit card payments can be made 24 hours a day and are processed through the Arkansas state portal (www.Arkansas.gov) official payment server.

"Convenience is the key," said Bruce Moore, Little Rock City Manager. "By providing a payment tool for the public that is accessible and easy to use, we can address both Little Rock's need to collect the fine while also making payment as stress-free as possible."

In addition to the Parking Ticket payment service, Little Rock currently accepts online payments for Criminal Court and traffic ticket fines.

This new service was built and managed through a partnership between the City of Little Rock and the Information Network of Arkansas, which manages the official state Web portal (www.Arkansas.gov).
