The agreements are for code enforcement in the town of Pavilion and for mutual code enforcement coverage when necessary with the towns of Elba, Pembroke and Le Roy.
Costs in all cases are for services rendered, said town Supervisor Greg Post.
The board also approved a joint assessment services agreement with the towns of Le Roy and Pavilion.
The town currently provides temporary assessment services to both municipalities. It hired two part-time assistants this fall to bolster its assessment staff for coverage in Le Roy and Pavilion for a year for $44,630.
In other matters at its final regular meeting of the year, the board:

- Authorized a records management software agreement with Biel’s Information Technology Systems of West Seneca for 2014 at a cost of $5,712.
- Authorized purchase of projector equipment, including an electronic screen, for the Town Board/Court Room from Hurricane Technologies in Avon for $4,200.
