t’s been a busy week for the General Services Administration’s Office of Citizen Services and Communication, which oversees the FirstGov Web portal. After relaunching the site earlier this week, GSA today won a $100,000 grant from the Institute for Government Innovation at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
