The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City has launched 113 new online services through its portal as part of a strategy to deliver excellent and top quality services; enabling the public to sign up, request and avail the services of Town Planning & Infrastructure as well as Municipal Services. The move comes in the context of the continuous efforts of the Municipality to improve the service delivery and use the latest techniques and means capable of boosting the performance level and realizing excellence.

The Director of Customer Service, Municipality of Abu Dhabi City Mohammed Ali Al Murarr called on the public intending to avail the services to sign up through the website: www.adm.gov.ae; which has recently been updated and developed in line with the objective of the Municipality to act as an effective communication channels and customer service delivery platform in order to meet customer needs in an excellent manner through adding a host of interactive features and introducing creative electronic devices and initiatives to ensure the delivery of best services to customers.

Al Murarr stated that the Municipality was keen on achieving highest customer satisfaction rates through establishing communication channels with them at the Main Center or External Sectors at Al Wathba, Al Musaffah, Al Shahama, Al Bateen, Al Zaafraneh and Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

"The services provided and activated online include 80 Town Planning service, 23 Infrastructure and Municipal Assets Sector services, and 10 municipal services," he added.

Al Murarr called on all interested bodies to register and avail the e-services online through the following link (www.adm.gov.ae/english/eservices/registrationmode.aspx) and select the proper type of account (companies or individuals), complete the fields, and enter the mobile phone number to complete the registration process, afterwards a welcome text message will be sent to the client giving him or her a special reference number.

Upon verifying the application, a text message will be sent to the customer informing him or her to report to the Municipality to verify his or her identity and activate the account accordingly.

It is note-worthy that the new website of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City provides an integrated package of data related to the tasks, business and activities of the Municipality in keeping with the ongoing growth and expansion drive witnessed by the Municipality across various fields in order to boost the communication channels with the service recipients and thus meet their requirements.

The website of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City is an ideal platform for increasing the productivity of public health, and intimating customers on the strategy, systems, projects and initiatives that can positively impact the residents of Abu Dhabi Emirate.
