The forum aimed at throwing the light on Khadamate system, which was developed by the GIA team for the purpose of classifying the different types of government services in a unified database and displaying them on the UAE unified portal.
Thanks to Khadamate system it is possible to obtain statistics and figures related to government services and we are able to evaluate eTransformation at each entity separately and also nationwide. The 1st forum was held in Dubai and was attended by 13 federal entities.
The recently developed Khadamate system is an integrated technique indispensable to most federal entities and ministries due to the fact that it features standard indices that make it easy for the entity to measure its progress as far as comprehensive eTransformation is concerned. In addition, the system is easy to use and features an interface that helps a user have easy communications.
The forum featured a workshop in which a live show on the system was presented. The show included exercises on how to build metrics and register in the electronic warehouse of government services. It also included exercises on how to deal with new records by inputting data, how to modify, save and retrieve data, how to print data and how to work out a report on the inputted services.
Khadamate system, which is accessed through the Internet, helps gather data and statistics on the federal government services. The system is able to evaluate eTransformation based on digital metrics and is able to calculate the service cost and eTransformation revenue, thereby helping build a futuristic plan for the automation of non-automated services across the federal government entities based on eTransformation priorities.
In the advanced edition of Khadamate system, many tools and windows have been added to help the system make maximum benefits and fulfill the declared objectives.
