This initiative is part of CDA's commitment to applying eGovernment policies and enhancing the level of services provided to customers. Customers can reach the eComplain website through a link on CDA's main website www.cda.gov.ae. Joining the Dubai government eComplain website addresses all concerns of CDA's stakeholders, and strengthens government services in line with the requirements of Dubai Strategic Plan 2015 announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President '&' Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
CDA will implement more initiatives like hot lines in the waiting areas of the customer centres for people to register immediate complaints, if any. They will also introduce complaints/feedback boxes, wireless connections and self service screens or computers in the waiting areas for people to access the net.
