The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in partnership with Federal Ministry of Communications, Public Service Institute of Nigeria and Ministry of Budget and National Planning, has begun training government officials on “Project Planning and Development Course”, as part of its on-going e-Government Capacity Building programme for Nigerian public servants.

This is in light of the e-Government Master Plan which is expected to be approved by the Federal Executive Council and should in turn lead to various implementation of e-Government projects across the country.

A statement from the organisation said 656 government officials had already participated in the previous e-Government training program that was held both in Nigeria and in Korea, including top government officials from National Assembly, Ministers and heads of Agencies.
