Azerbaijan's Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies is negotiating with the mobile operators of the country for introduction of mobile e-signature.
The statement came from Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Iltimas Mammadov.
He said that the operator, as well as the Information and Calculation Center of the ministry will be equipped with all necessary things.
"The platform which allows providing the e-signature services on the basis of mobile technologies will be commissioned by the end of this year. This will allow raising the number of E-government portal users", Mammadov said.
