The services can be accessed through both the Ministry’s portal www.works.gov.bh, and the eGovernment Portal www.bahrain.bh, and also through the Fix to Go Application.

According to Sater, March attracted the highest number of users, with 1752 users, after which came January with 1588 users, and then February with 1480 users.

In order to keep pace with the Informatics and eGovernment (EGA)'s programme, the Ministry will soon launch two new services in coordination with the EGA.

The new services are namely road level request and the internal tenders service.

The other 10 services are sanitary maintenance request, sanitary connection request, traffic signals request, report road fault, abnormal load permission, contractor pre-qualification, materials testing results, traffic diversion request, the material/product assessment and building maintenance request.
